Lesotho’s national striker and Matlama FC star, Motebang Sera is tipped to join the South Africa based premier league log leaders Orlando Pirates come the next season, if his trial is anything to go by.

The Econet Premier league player had a seven day trial with Orlando Pirates where he is reported to have performed in a manner that attracted the technical team.
Sera returned back home last week and the reports from his current club Matlama FC is that things are promising for the prolific goal poacher.
Matlama FC Communications and Marketing Manager Tankiso Moletsane said the player is reported to have impressed during his short stint on trials but the club is awaiting official documentation from Orlando Pirates.
However, Mr. Moletsane said the information is that Sera could only join the South Africa side on January 3. He could not elaborate further, saying they should rather wait for the official word from Orlando Pirates before they could make any comments regarding the player’s future.
Sera left for trials two weeks ago after being invited by Orlando Pirates together with two other players from other countries.
If the player could be lost to South Africa, he will add the number of local players plying their soccer trade to four after Tumelo Khutlang, Luciano Matsoso, Tsoarelo Bereng and Nkoto Masoabi who joined ABSA Premier league side Black Leopards and National First Division side Real Kings at the beginning of this season.
